At NUXE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty ritual. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
